Vanilla Nut smoothie

You will need:⁠

  • 175ml plain yogurt⁠
  • 2 scoops Vanilla GlucaChol-22®
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon ⁠
  • 1 tbsp rolled/raw oats⁠
  • 1 tsp raw honey⁠
  • 4 – 6 macadamia or almond nuts ⁠
  • Water and ice⁠

Directions: ⁠

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth⁠
  2. Pour in a glass and enjoy!⁠
  3. Smoothie will thicken if left to stand⁠
