GlucaChol-22® Pancakes

Blender

Air fryer

GlucaChol-22® Pancakes GlucaChol-22® Pancakes

Ingredients:

GlucaChol-22® pressed down 60ml

Cake Flour 185ml

Baking powder 1 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

Egg 1

Macadamia oil 5ml

Vinegar 1/4

fat free or low fat milk 1 cup

Main ingredient:

Method:

Step 1:

Combine and beat together the egg, oil and vinegar.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl, sift the flour, salt and add the GlucaChol-22®. Mix well with a spoon.

Step 3:

Add the dry ingredients in three lots to the egg and oil mixture, alternating with the milk.

Step 4:

Beat after each addition.

Step 5:

Add the baking powder and stir gently.

Step 6:

Allow to stand for a while.

Step 7:

Stir in a little fat free or low fat milk if batter is too thick.

Step 8:

"Fake fry" in a small to medium non-stick frying pan.

Step 9:

Serve with a sweet or savoury filling.
