Ingredients:

GlucaChol-22® 1 1/2 scoops

Banana (frozen) 1

Golden Delicious Apple 1/2

Low Fat Yoghurt 100g

Honey 1 tsp

Water and Ice

Chia Seeds 1tsp

Almond Flakes 1 tsp

Main ingredient:

GlucaChol-22® Fibre Supplement - Original

Method:

Step 1:

Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Step 2:

Pour in a glass and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Smoothie will thicken if left to stand.

Tips:

  • If your fibre intake is low start with 1/2 a scoop GlucaChol® per day and increase it slowly until the full dose is reached, to help the gut adjust to the fibre.
  • GlucaChol-22® is very high in fibre; for optimal results ensure sufficient water and fluid consumption. Recommended water intake is 6 - 8 glasses per day.
